Agents can now customize a listing search with a client’s work address, time of day that your client commutes and the maximum amount of time your client wants to spend driving to and from work; the results are only listings within your clients preferred drive time!
The orange boundary layer drawn in the image above indicates that a buyer could drive to work at 9am and make it to work in 15 minutes or less from any of the 3+ bedroom listings shown.
Search by Drive Time uses INRIX® Drive Time technology which collects and analyzes real-time data from a community of 100 million drivers, as well as traffic congestion, road construction, accidents, events, police activity, and historical traffic patterns.
Now when your clients say, “I want my work commute to be 15 minutes or less” or, “I want to live 20 minutes from downtown” you look like the expert and a valuable resource.
Show Clients the Drive Time to Any Address from Any Listing
You can now provide the Drive Time information for your client’s commute, whether they have to drive across town to work, drop the kids off at school, or make other frequent trips.
On the chart generated for each listing, commute times to a second address are graphed over a 9-5 day. The chart can be toggled to display “to” and “from” times.

We’ve revamped our iPad app to make it quicker and easier for you to:
– Find the best comps for your presentations.
– Edit your presentations on the fly, mid presentation. As your conversation with your client evolves, your presentation can now evolve with it.
We’ve also updated the look and feel of the iPad home screen to visually match the web app.
The New Search Page
The search filtering tools have been moved to the top of the new search page. After you’ve selected all your search critera, tap the “Apply” button to run your search.
The sort button on the bottom right lets you organize how you’d like the comps you’ve selected to be displayed in your presentations.
View Comp Details At Any Level
It’s now really easy to find the best comps for your presentations. Start high level in a neighborhood with the full map view, then drill down into comp details with a finger swipe. Need to look at specific images of a property? Swipe your finger again to see the listing’s photos.
Color Coded Listings, Based on MLS Status
With color coded listings, it’s really easy to quickly identify the status of each listing.
– Red: Sold
– Green: Active
– Yellow: Pending
– Gray: Off Market Statuses
Disable Auto Search
If you’d like to stop the map from automatically re-searching when you move the map, disable Auto Search under the Options button.
To re-search, use the manual search button displayed in the lower left when Auto Search has been disabled.
Toggle MLS Numbes On and Off
While turned off by default, you can toggle on the MLS number for each listing simply by tapping the Show MLS Numbers button.
New Presentation Toolbar
When presenting to clients you’ll see we’ve added a new button at the top right. Tap this and you’ll see a menu with 3 options.
To quickly navigate to a specific slide in your presentation, use the new presentation navigator tool.
Edit Your CMA Mid Client Presentation
You can now update your presentations live and on the fly as your conversation with your clients evolves. Instead of making your clients wait for an updated CMA, just update on the fly and continue to engage your client in conversation.
After you’ve finished editing, click on “Select a Page” in the upper right to return your presentation. All your slides and comparables information will be automatically updated to reflect your edits.
Email a CMA To Your Clients Mid Presentation
One incredible thing about TouchCMA is that it’s really flexible. If your client has to leave early, or you dont get the chance to finish presenting. Just email them directly from your CMA presentation. Tap the email icon, enter your propect’s contact information and then send. Easy as that!
New iPad Home Screen
We’ve also updated the iPad app home screen to visually match the web app.
To help you better locate the presentations you’ve created, you can now sort by:
– Date Modified
– Date Created
– Zip Code
The new action menu gives you a ton of options for interacting with each of your presentations. It’s really easy to edit, organize and share your presentations however you like.

TouchCMA for the Web homepage has a new layout! We’ve revamped the homepage layout to make a more user friendly experience. Agent info and logo is now used in the redesigned header and CMA reports are formatted into a 2 column display. The only functionality change made has been the removal of the presentation button. Users can access presentation mode by clicking on the image or prepared for text in addition to selecting presentation mode from the action menu.
While in authoring mode, the header and footer have a slight change as well. The agent header has been removed to give the user more room and also to make these pages responsive and format nicely on mobile devices. The footer now has a few more links to guide users to additional information about the product on TouchCMA .com.
We’ve implemented a new Short Sale and Bank Owned search filter. Short Sale will no longer be a status, but along with Bank Owned, they are now a unique listing sub-type. This will enable users to get results that are limited to Short Sale and Bank Owned Listing sub-types and see the appropriate status for these unique listing sub types.
Select MLS’s now have the additional search feature of Property Styles. Property Styles are feature subsets that help the user refine their comparable results even more. (not yet available with all MLS’s)
The Custom Page editor/creator has also been reformatted to clearly identify to the user what presentation format they are entering content for. Presentation slide format and PDF format have been broken out into separate tabs. A new copy button has also been added to enable users to copy presentation content over to PDF content and vice versa. This prevents the user from having to create 2 versions of their content from scratch (formatting may need to be tweaked after copy has completed)
Listing Details PDF report pages have also been reformatted to make better use of the entire page for Comparables. The new layout helps prevent comp data from dropping to a second page and breaking up content that would normally appear together by using a 3 column format all comp data.
