Adopting the System That Works No Matter The Market
When Dan Forsman, Chairman, launched the MoxiWorks suite for his company in December of 2019, he never could have predicted what 2020 had in store.
Georgia Properties launched MoxiHub, MoxiPresent, and MoxiEngage with a plan to measure performance and encourage adoption. “When performance is measured, performance improves,” said Forsman. When shelter-in-place edicts were announced, we saw many industries lose engaged employees and customers. But Dan said, “our agents are essential not expendable,” and set to work communicating and empowering his agents.
DeAnn Golden, President & CEO, and their leadership team took a pedal-to-the-metal approach training agents, engaging in 1:1 video training and webinar-style learning sessions. By getting their company onboard with a new intranet, a new CRM, and the best-in-class presentation tool, MoxiPresent — Georgia Properties agents were set up to come out blazing during the recovery.
