It’s Fall, y’all! 🍁 Has 2024 gone by fast, or is just us? MoxiWorks continues to bring new features to life, supporting real estate agents in finding, winning, and closing more deals. A little bit of an art, a little dash of science, and a whole lot of grit go into building and maintaining our platform. Here are the highlights from last quarter and a look ahead for finishing out 2024.
Third Quarter Highlights
Here are the highlights from Q3 2024:
- Performance improvements in MoxiEngage
- You’ll now experience faster load times on the Agent Dashboard, a smoother CSV upload experience, and guidance if your CSV upload has an issue.
- Compensation details added to listings on MoxiWebsites
- MoxiWebsites admins can add buyer commission / compensation details to listings using the Listing Manager. This information will display in the listing details across MoxiWebsites hosted sites within your brokerage.
- Admins can also select individual agents to have permission to add this information as well.
- Consent compliance updated across MoxiWebsites and ActivePipe
- In MoxiWebsites, when a consumer creates an account to save favorite listings, they have the option to grant consent to be contacted — following best practices to protect consumer and businesses that collect consumer data.
- In ActivePipe, for users that also have MoxiEngage, we now track consent status within ActivePipe by ingesting consent records from MoxiEngage.
Q4 User Experience Enhancements
MoxiEngage | New Contact Interactions Module for the Agent Dashboard
What’s changing:
A new module is coming to the customizable agent dashboard in MoxiEngage. The new Recent Contact Interactions panel will highlight recent activity taken by your contacts and give you a quick link to dive into their contact record.
Why it matters:
Your sphere is your business and staying top-of-mind and up-to-date leads to more transactions. Perhaps a contact opened your most recent ‘new listings’ email — are they looking to buy, you better give ’em a call!
Timing:
We’re aiming to release the new dashboard module by the end of October. MoxiEngage users, keep your eyes peeled!

MoxiImpress | Publish direct to Instagram
What’s coming:
Share your social media designs straight to your Instagram business account via the MoxiImpress online marketing center!
Why it matters:
Business Instagram profiles, like other Meta supported services, are an effective tool for agents to reach a wider audience of buyers and sellers. By creating an easy connection between the MoxiImpress online marketing center and Instagram, agents can quickly share their designs to their business profiles.

Q4 Performance and Observability Enhancements
Much like a clean pair of underwear, sometimes the best enhancements aren’t always visible to everyone else.
- Prioritizing work in Q4 for improvements to MoxiWebsites load times and our ability to service sites faster
- Prioritizing work to support customers that need to move from Microsoft’s deprecated services to GraphAPI
MoxiCloud Partner Updates
We also have some exciting new partners joining the MoxiWorks partner ecosystem — here are a few we’d like to highlight:
New Partner: SOCi
SOCi provides brokerages with an AI-powered co-marketing tool and oversight capabilities while managing social media for their agents. Brokers and agents can effortlessly post listings directly to social media channels through this partner.

MoxiEngage + API Nation
Product integration points
API Nation builds and automates workflows between real estate tools. They’ve created a wide marketplace of integrations with MoxiWorks, supporting a number of contact and lead sources that can sync with MoxiEngage.
MoxiWorks user benefits:
- Three new connections: CINC, Prime Street, and HomeStack
- Sync contact details from multiple sources, even software agents may be purchasing separate from the brokerage.
- Billing can be done by the individual agent to add a connection (think Zapier for real estate).
- Connect to other popular services like KVCore, Lofty, and BombBomb.

MoxiEngage + Earnnest

This fan-favorite earnest money collection service now has a quick-task button available for MoxiEngage task flows. Your agents can easily launch an Earnnest request to their client straight from MoxiEngage tasks.
