When their previous tech vendor abruptly shut their doors, the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties team set out to find a true technology partner that understood their urgency and could be agile and nimble enough to hit the ground running. They also knew this was an opportunity to up their game.  
With the clock ticking they needed to move from an unstable environment where support issues were the norm, to a technology offering that would appeal to agents and plug in seamlessly with the systems they were already using. 
“We knew we needed to up our game,” said Amanda McCabe, Marketing Director at BHHS New Jersey Properties.

The ability to weather any storm

Reflecting on the changes the pandemic brought to our industry over the last few years, McCabe said the MoxiWorks partnership couldn’t have come at a better time. “Thank goodness we were ready,” said McCabe. “There’s no going back to where we [the real estate industry] were. The whole process of selling or buying a home has changed. MoxiWorks sees that ...and was very quick to make sure we were ready to help our agents. It’s scary to think where we would be without them.” 

Today, BHHS New Jersey Properties feels confident they have a state-of-the-art platform that allows them to compete, provide real tech value to their agents, and recruit with confidence. “We’ve never been known as a tech-advanced brokerage, and now we’re able to compete in the space,” said McCabe. “It was night and day after MoxiWorks.”
