Greenbaum brings over two decades of client success and operational leadership experience to newly created Chief Customer Officer role
SEATTLE, July 24, 2025 – MoxiWorks, The AI Real Estate Platform, today announced the promotion of Dave Greenbaum to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer. Greenbaum, who previously served as Vice President of Customer Engagement, will lead MoxiWorks’ end-to-end customer experience, focusing on scalable success strategies, client satisfaction and long-term retention across the company’s ecosystem of over 3,000 brokerages and 400,000 agents. In this new role, he reports to CEO Eric Elfman.
Greenbaum joined MoxiWorks as part of the company’s 2022 acquisition of ActivePipe, where he held several key operational roles. Since stepping into customer leadership at MoxiWorks, he has driven strategic transformation within the customer organization, introducing new support models, embedding customer success across product teams and leading MoxiWorks to a customer satisfaction score exceeding 95%.
