- Benefits: Stay confident that your preferred account remains synced with your RISE account, with clear, real-time visibility into its connection status, and know when you need to reconnect.

Easily Navigate Your Entire Pipeline from Contacts
What’s New: Workflows has been merged into Contacts, allowing agents to manage their entire contact list and sales pipeline in one place, switch between List and Board (funnel) views, and access Tasks directly within the Contacts section; Workflows no longer appears as a separate item in the left-hand navigation.
- Benefits: Manage your entire pipeline in one place without jumping between separate sections. Spend less time navigating and more time working with your contacts.

Store Notes for Each Contact
What’s New: Manually add, edit, and delete notes directly on contact records to capture information that matters to you.

- Note: Deleted notes cannot be recovered. Stay tuned for additional enhancements including the ability to store links and URLs.
Store (More) Personal Information on Contact Cards
What’s New: New fields are now available on Contact cards: Suffix, Company, Preferred Name, Birthday, House Anniversary, and Language Preference. These additions provide deeper detail on every contact record and can be used in your campaigns and emails for more dynamic personalization and automation.
- Benefits: Capture richer client information to better segment your database, tailor your outreach, and automate meaningful touches like birthday greetings or house anniversary messages—while powering more customized campaigns and communications.

Easily Reset Your Password
What’s New: You can now easily create a new password when you forget yours, without having to contact our Support team.
- Benefits: Update your password without having to contact support, so you can access your account on the go. You’ll be asked to submit the email address associated with your account, and a reset password link will be sent to your email address, with the opportunity to reset your password.

Take Bulk Actions on Contacts
What’s New: Bulk contact management allows you to update tags, classifications, stages, or subscription status across multiple contacts simultaneously. Select one or many contacts and apply changes in a single action.
- Benefits: Save hours on contact management by updating dozens or hundreds of records at once instead of one-by-one, making it faster to segment your database for targeted campaigns and keep your contact organization aligned with how prospects move through your funnel.

What’s New: Collaboration just got even easier across your team. Share your successful campaigns as a template with colleagues and build on proven messaging strategies together.
