Due to a recent policy change following a settlement between the NAR and the Department of Justice, the display of compensation (commission percentage or flat fee) on listings is no longer available in many MLS’s.
To help ensure transparency, we’ve added the ability to display compensation details on our listing details pages for our clients. This ensures that their offers of compensation are visible to agents and consumers from the start as they view your listings on our platform.
As a first step to increased transparency, this feature is designed to allow elevated users to add an offer of compensation that is visible on the listing details page of their listings, allowing potential buyers and their agents to see it.
For now, the ability to add compensation information is limited to elevated users to help ensure compliance with local rules and regulations. We are working with our clients to identify the best way to make this feature more widely available to your agents in the future.

What This Means for You:
Elevated users in your company can now manually add buyer compensation details to listings in your assigned offices through the listing manager. You can add the offer as a flat rate or a percentage of the listing price. This information will appear on listing detail pages when populated.
The section will not be displayed to the public if no data is populated.
All MoxiWorks users with access to listings can view the compensation field in the listing manager. However, only elevated users can enter or edit the information displayed.
