April 2026: RISE Product Release Notes

Stay up to date with what’s new in RISE. April’s release is packed — from AI-powered daily prioritization to dynamic map search, mobile upgrades, and new automation triggers. Review the linked help resources to learn more, and reach out to your Customer Success Manager for support implementing these updates.

RISE AI: Meet Your Top 5 Contacts for Today

What’s New: Your RISE dashboard now includes a Top 5 Contacts card — a daily, ranked list of the five highest-priority contacts worth reaching out to today based on profile, engagement, activity, and relationship signals. Each contact comes with an explanation of why they’re surfaced and an AI-drafted outreach message you can send, edit, or refine before hitting send. Quick actions let you call, text, or message directly from the card.

Benefits: Start every day knowing exactly who to contact and why — without scanning reports or relying on memory. RISE synthesizes signals from email engagement, contact activity, and relationship history into a clear, decision-ready view so you can go from insight to outreach in seconds.

Note: The Top 5 list refreshes every 24 hours. A refresh button is available, though manual refreshes are limited to once per hour. A refresh button is available, but updates are rate-limited — clicking multiple times within the cooldown window will not trigger additional refreshes. AI is used to draft the explanation and suggested message only — ranking is based on signals from your contact profile, engagement, activity, and relationship signals. The card will show an empty state if insufficient signals are available; sending campaigns and keeping contact data up to date improves recommendation quality. Top 5 Contacts is available in the widget library — agents must add it to their dashboard manually.

Contact Panel: Engagement Insights, AI Action Cards & Campaign Visibility

What’s New: The Contact Action Panel has been updated with three new capabilities. An Engagement Analysis section now shows interaction rate, properties browsed in the last two weeks, and time since last interaction — visible the moment you open any contact. Relevant AI action cards now appear directly in the panel, customized to that individual contact. A new Campaigns drawer shows every campaign the contact is currently enrolled in, with name and status, and links directly to the campaign editor. Data drawer open/closed state is now remembered between sessions.

Benefits: Open a contact and instantly know what matters, what’s already running, and what to do next — without navigating away or cross-referencing other screens. No more wondering whether a manual outreach will conflict with an automated campaign already in flight.

Note: The Engagement Analysis shows structured data at launch; an AI-generated narrative summary is coming in a future release. The Campaigns drawer is read-only — campaign enrollment cannot be edited from this panel. The email and call shortcut buttons have been removed from the panel; these actions remain available from the full contact record.

Dashboard Widgets: Database Health, Current Campaigns & Custom Layout

What’s New: Your RISE dashboard is now customizable. Open the widget library to add, remove, or rearrange widgets to build the view that fits how you work. The dashboard now supports a third row, giving you more layout space. A new Current Campaigns widget shows all active and recently completed campaigns, prioritized by recent activity. A new Database Health widget scores your contact database on completeness — broken down by contact type, tags, and property preferences — with one-click actions to fix gaps directly from the dashboard.

Benefits: Build a dashboard that reflects your workflow. See what’s running, what needs attention, and where your database has gaps — all without leaving your home screen. Fix database issues in one click without manual filtering.

Note: The Database Health widget refreshes daily at 8am. The property preferences CTA opens the survey campaign pre-populated with the relevant contacts — the agent must confirm and send. The Finished Campaigns widget remains available in the library. Top 5 Contacts replaces Engaged Contacts as the default dashboard layout at this release — Engaged Contacts can be re-added from the widget library. A manual refresh button for widgets is coming in a future update.

Delete Contacts from RISE Without Affecting Google or Microsoft

What’s New: You can now delete contacts from RISE without affecting your connected Google or Microsoft account. Deleted contacts are removed from RISE — including contact lists, smart lists, campaigns, automations, and reports — while remaining untouched in your upstream integration. A confirmation step with a required checkbox ensures deletions are intentional. Bulk delete is also available from the contact list.

Benefits: Clean up your RISE database with confidence. Remove contacts you no longer need without worrying about losing them from Google or Microsoft.

Note: Deletion from RISE does not delete the contact from Google or Microsoft — to remove a contact from those platforms, you must do so directly. Once deleted, a contact is permanently removed from your RISE database.

Dynamic Map Search: Draw Custom Boundaries and Filter Listings in Presentations

What’s New: A dynamic, map-based property search experience is now available in RISE Presentations. When building a CMA or buyer tour, you can define your search area by drawing a custom boundary on the map, searching by neighborhood, or filtering by school district — then layer on standard filters for price, beds, baths, property type, status, and more. RISE automatically surfaces 20 recommended comparables when you enter your subject property; adjust any filter to take full control, and your selected comps stay pinned as you keep refining.

Benefits: Find the right properties the way your clients actually think about where they want to live — not by ZIP code or city limits. Define the exact area, set the criteria, and get a live result set without leaving your presentation workflow.

Note: Map drawing is a desktop feature at launch — mobile is view-only. Neighborhood boundaries are defined by Google. Subdivision-level search is not available at this release. A “RISE Comparables” reset button returns you to the original recommended set after applying filters. This feature is built for Presentations first and is designed to expand across RISE in future phases.

Mobile: RISE AI Chat Is Now Available on Your Phone

What’s New: RISE AI Chat is now available in the RISE mobile app. Ask questions, generate content, and get guided next steps from anywhere — the same AI assistance you have on desktop, now optimized for your phone. Voice input is supported so you can talk to RISE AI hands-free.

Benefits: Stay productive on the go. Whether you’re between appointments or at a showing, you can get answers and take action without waiting to get back to your desk.

Note: AI Chat requires an active internet connection. Chat history is available for the current session only. Mobile AI Chat provides the same core capabilities as desktop within mobile constraints.

Mobile: Faster Login With One-Time Password

What’s New: The RISE mobile app now uses one-time password (OTP) authentication. Enter your email address, receive a six-digit code, and enter it directly in the app — no more clicking a link from your email and waiting for it to open on your phone.

Benefits: Logging in is faster and more reliable. The new flow keeps you in the app from start to finish.

Note: The one-time password is delivered to your email address. SMS delivery is not available at this time. The previous magic link login has been removed from the mobile app. Desktop login is unchanged.

New Triggers: Automatically Reach Buyers at Open Houses and Price Reductions

What’s New: Two new automation triggers are now available in RISE: Open House and Price Reduction. When an agent announces an open house or reduces the price of one of their listings, RISE can automatically launch the associated campaign to contacts included in the campaign audience. A new Just Rented trigger has also been added.

Benefits: Stay connected with buyers and maximize listing exposure automatically. These triggers help agents promote listing activity to their sphere of influence, creating awareness and increasing the chances of reaching potential buyers — even if the contact themselves isn’t actively searching, they may know someone who is.

Note: These triggers are not based on direct property matching. Instead, they are designed to help agents leverage their sphere and expand the reach of their listings through automated communication. Trigger availability depends on MLS data coverage in your market and is available on the Pro subscription only.

What’s New: Canadian agents can now record, track, and manage CASL consent for every contact directly in RISE. A Consent Status column appears on the contact overview page, and agents can record implied or express consent events — with source and date — from the Subscriptions tab on any contact record. Bulk consent actions are available from the contact list. Expiry badges surface on contacts approaching 30 or 90 days before consent lapses, and all consent events are logged with a full audit trail.

Benefits: Stay on top of CASL obligations without leaving your CRM. Every consent event is recorded and timestamped, expiry warnings surface before consent lapses, and your full consent history is exportable if you ever need to demonstrate compliance.

Note: CASL compliance tooling provides record-keeping and consent management. Agents are personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining consent in accordance with CASL requirements — this is acknowledged at onboarding. RISE will continue sending emails to contacts with expired consent until the agent updates their subscription status. Automated consent enforcement is planned for a future release. This feature is available to any Canadian customer — contact your account manager to enable it.
