Set Up Your Canva Integration

What’s New: Connect your Canva enterprise account to access designs directly from the RISE Media Browser. Browse and select assets from your Canva account to upload and use in presentations (CMAs) and emails—no more downloading and re-uploading files.

  • Benefits: Eliminate the time-consuming download-upload process and maintain consistent branding. Create polished, professional content faster by keeping your design workflow in one place—no more switching between apps or managing duplicate files.

Stay tuned for additional enhancements to this integration in upcoming months, including templates for newsletters and social content, plus access to your Canva resources from additional locations across the RISE platform.

Manage Contact Integrations With Your Email

What’s New: New users can now import their contacts with a single click during onboarding. Your contacts sync instantly from your chosen integrated Email provider, getting you up and running faster than ever. Choose to integrate with Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, or Gmail.

  • Benefits: Bring your contacts into RISE and immediately start engaging them with personalized content while the system tracks their behavior to identify high-intent buyers and sellers—plus, any contact updates flow back to your email provider automatically, keeping your database in perfect sync.
  • Note: Please choose your email provider carefully—RISE allows only one active email provider sync per account.

Workflow Stage Improvements

What’s New: We’ve improved how contact stages work to make your automations more reliable. Contacts now belong to only one stage at a time, so when they move to a new stage, the previous stage’s campaigns automatically end and the new stage’s campaigns begin.

  • Benefits: Eliminate conflicting messages and ensure every contact progresses through the appropriate stage. Your automations will run more reliably, with each contact following a single, structured journey.

Share Campaigns With Your Team

What’s New: Collaboration just got even easier across your team. Share your successful campaigns as a template with colleagues and build on proven messaging strategies together.

  • Benefit: Help your team close more deals and run better campaigns by sharing your top-performing templates. They’ll get instant email notifications so they can start using them right away.

Manage Contact Property Preferences

What’s New: Capture and track what your contacts are looking for with the new property preferences feature. Add unlimited property preferences per contact and keep historical records by archiving outdated preferences.

  • Benefits: Match clients with properties they’ll truly love by seeing their preferences at a glance—and automatically aligning listings to what they’re looking for. Keep everything up to date by editing preferences yourself, collaborating with your team, or inviting clients to share their criteria through a simple email survey. Then put those preferences to work with dynamic property panels in your emails that automatically match listings to each contact, delivering personalized, relevant properties every time you hit send.
