Engagement at a Glance with the RISE Dashboard
What’s New: Your central command center for daily activities, campaigns, and client engagement. The RISE Intelligent Agent Dashboard consolidates your most critical workflows and data into one intuitive interface, providing a real-time view of your database’s engagement and readiness to help you close deals faster.
- Benefits: Start your day strategically by viewing tasks, campaigns, and hot leads at a glance, with automatic prioritization of your most engaged contacts and instant access to campaign performance analytics. Monitor listing engagement through heat maps to understand what resonates with your database, while empty widget states let you create new tasks or campaigns on the fly.

Work on Behalf Of Other Agents on Your Team
What’s New: Admins can now work on communications on behalf of team members, making it easier to support your team during absences, training periods, or when assistance is needed.
- Benefits: Keep client communication flowing even when team members are out. Invited users (with existing RISE licenses) can step in to handle time-sensitive tasks without disrupting workflows or sharing passwords.
- Important: Users must accept the Terms of Service before they can impersonate others or be impersonated. All actions performed during impersonation are attributed to the original admin’s account, regardless of who actually completes them.
- Coming Soon: The next upcoming enhancement on this capability includes successfully send the work that is done on behalf of another user.
