The first release of RISE Teams: contact sharing and team branding
RISE Teams is launching its first release. Brand and office admins can create teams, add members, and assign a team admin. Team admins can set a team logo and style kit, so everything the team sends carries its own brand. Contact co-management is live too: share a contact with teammates and give each person Edit or View only access on one shared record. Owners stay in control and can remove access anytime. More team capabilities are coming in future releases.

Look up any listing in your MLS right in RISE AI chat. Pull up a property by MLS number to check its price, status, days on market, or recent price changes. You can also see what’s newly listed in an area, or get a market snapshot for it.

Send emails from RISE with Messages
Connect your Google Workspace or O365 account and send 1:1 emails right from Messages in RISE. Replies thread back in, and every email is logged on the contact’s action log, so you always know your last touchpoint. Smart Copy can help draft a message if you need a head start.
Note: Before you can connect, your brokerage’s IT team needs to approve RISE in your Google Workspace or O365 admin settings. Once they do, the email integration will show up in RISE for you to connect. If you don’t see it yet, share Enabling RISE Messages Permissions with your brokerage’s IT team.

The new Page Builder lets you create custom pages for your presentations with text, image, and video blocks. Rearrange blocks, set colors, add your logo, and let Smart Copy draft the words. Pages look great on screen and in print, and they share the same way as any other Presentations page.

Your Top Contacts card is no longer capped at five. Email a contact, set a reminder, or view them right from the card. Contacts you act on or dismiss with a thumbs down drop off, and the next contact moves up.
